How we make money

The free tier is real and it stays free: unlimited listings, every guest enquiry straight to your inbox, and never a commission on a booking. Nothing on it ever turns into a charge.

We earn in two ways, neither of them from your bookings. Owners can buy an optional Verified badge, a one-time fee that pays for a person here to check the listing. And the companies that build tools and services for hosts, such as channel managers, pricing software, insurance and tax help, pay to reach you. From time to time we'll post their offers in your owner dashboard. We only list partners we've evaluated, some pay us a referral fee when you sign up, and you're never required to use any of them.

Is it really free forever?

Yes. The free tier has no time limit, no listing cap and no hidden fees, and we never charge a booking commission. Nothing on the free tier ever turns into a charge.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. We earn from an optional Verified badge and from partner companies who pay to reach hosts. From time to time we'll post their offers in your owner dashboard. You're never required to take one, and ignoring them changes nothing about your listing.

What does the Verified badge cost?

CA$49 for properties in Canada and US$39 for properties in the United States, one-time per listing — plus any applicable sales tax, shown before you pay. There's no recurring charge. Our team reviews the listing after payment and the badge appears once approved — within 2 business days. If we can't verify it, you get a full refund.

Are there any booking fees?

None. Guests contact you directly via inquiry form. We don't process payments or take a cut of your bookings.

How do I get started?
